Mr. Jiang Shangjun was born in July 1954 and is a Senior Economist. Mr. Jiang was appointed as the Outside Director of China Chengtong Holding Group Ltd. in June 2016. Mr. Jiang was Vice President of Jinzhou City Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China in Liaoning Province, President of Huludao City Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China in Liaoning province; Governor and Secretary of CPC Committee of Gansu Provincial Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China and Gansu Provincial Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China; General Manager of the Department of Corporate Business, General Manager of the Department of Credit Management (Bureau Director Level), Director of Operations (Bureau Director Level), Director of Marketing, and Director of Business of the Agricultural Bank of China.
