Mr. Zhu Bixin was born in 1965 and holds a PhD Degree in Management. Mr. Zhu is a Senior Economist and is awarded the Special Allowance Specialist by the State Council. Mr. Zhu is Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of China Chengtong Holdings Group Ltd., and Chairman of China Structural Reform Fund Corporation Limited. Mr. Zhu is a member of Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Mr. Zhu was Member of the CPC Committee, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Chairman of the Trade Union of China Road & Bridge (Group) Corporation; Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee, Vice President, General Counsel of China Communications Construction Company Limited; Director, President, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of China Chengtong Holdings Group Ltd.
