Born in 1956, Mr. Feng Shidong is a Senior Engineer and holds a Batcheler’s Degree. Mr. Feng was appointed as the Outside Director of China Chengtong Holding Group Ltd. in September 2021. Mr. Feng was President of Coal Corporation of State Development and Investment Corp. Ltd. (SDIC), President of SDIC Electric Power Corporation, Chairman of SDIC Huajing Electric Power Co., Ltd., Vice President of SDIC, and Director, Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee and President of SDIC. Mr. Feng also serves as an Outside Director of China Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd.
